The € 3.500 needs to be spent in meeting room hire, food and beverage and/or meeting accommodation, booked and taking place between now and the end of December 2009. This promotion is only valid for new bookings being made and taking place during the promotion period (May – December 2009) and is not applicable on existing bookings.
